Henry Ford (July 30, 1863-March 8, 1946) was an American industrialist, the founder of the Ford Motor Company, and the 33rd President of the United States (1937-1945). Under his presidency, Ford oversaw the Great War and leading America from an isolationist nation to an unchallenged ruler of the Western world.

Henry Ford began his life as a successful automobile industrialist in which he was responsible for revolutionizing the assembly line technique of mass production. Ford later became interested in politics, becoming a member of the Republican Party, and subsequently become President of the United States. Despite his opposition to warfare, Ford's presidency was dominated by the Great War, which saw the United States sided with Germany and the Soviet Union over the colonial empires of Britain, France, and Japan.
Ford was headily reelected in 1941 as the United States drove the last British forces out of North America and continued to direct the war which ended in the nuclear bombings of Belfast, Kyoto, and Hiroshima. He died shortly after his presidency, warning against the growing threat of the Soviet Union and international communism.
